I missed my dose of Femara last night. I woke up in a panic this morning and took it right then, but it was about 12 hours late. The package insert says to take missed doses as soon as you remember and then the regular dose at the regular time, so I'll have 36 hours and then 12 hours between doses. I can't believe I forgot to take it. It's not like I'm new at this or anything.
The RE wants me to come in on CD9 instead of CD10 this time. I guess they finally figured out that I grow my follicles big and fast. I expect there will be an 18mm at that time. I hope that they let me trigger a day later this time, I'd like to try a cycle with the mature follicles over 22mm when they release.
If this cycle with Femara doesn't give me a BFP, I'll probably request to be switched back to Clomid. It was getting me BFP's 50% of the time, even if they weren't sticky.
